2. What does work life balance mean to you?

While I am committed on work through the week, weekends are when I prioritize my personal and family life. Timely breaks or long weekends and periodic vacations with family is how I balance it

3. What has been one of the biggest challenges as a leader?

I have mostly set up or launched verticals/ SBUs/ Organizations from inception stages where the limitation has been resources and managing within confined budgets. So managing people’s expectation, keeping motivation high in such circumstances is most challenging

4. Who do you look up to for inspiration?

My Manager, My Father and some start up founders have been a source of inspiration.

5. What was the last book you read and how did it impact you as an individual

While “The Secret” was not the last book I read, it has had a lasting impact on me. The book’s emphasis on the power of positive thinking and visualization has helped me cultivate a more optimistic mindset and approach challenges with a growth mindset.

6.How important is an intellectual exchange for you? How do you seek it, and where?

Intellectual exchange is crucial for my personal and professional growth. I actively seek out opportunities to learn from others, engage in thought-provoking discussions, and stay updated on industry trends. I’m part of relevant industry associations, regularly attend conferences, listen to podcasts, and engage in online forums to connect with like-minded individuals to know their journey In building or creating companies/ products.

7.What are you most proud of in your organization?

I’m incredibly proud of the innovative and groundbreaking work we’re doing in the health and wellness space. Our team’s dedication to improving people’s lives & creating impact through our products and services is truly inspiring. I’m also grateful for the talented and collaborative team members who make it all possible.

8.What is the next milestone you wish to achieve that keeps you driving forward.

My primary goal is to expand our reach and impact at scale. I’m driven by the desire to touch more lives and create a lasting positive impact on society. Additionally, I’m committed to staying at the forefront of technological advancements in the wellness industry and ensuring that our organization remains a leader in this field

9. If not a corporate leader, what would your professional identity be?

I’ve always been drawn to creative pursuits. If not a corporate leader, I could envision myself working in a creative field or a party planner.

 

10.What is your suggestion to improving corporate India’s D&I quotient?

  • Prioritize upskilling: Provide targeted training and development opportunities to ensure that all employees have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
  • Offer flexible support: Implement policies and programs that support employees at key life stages, such as maternity leave or caregiving responsibilities.
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity: Create a workplace environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.
  • Promote D&I initiatives: Regularly conduct D&I training, implement mentorship programs, and celebrate diversity within the organization.
